- Directed a 90 person team resulting in annual productivity improvements of $1million as Operations Manager of a 24x7, $8million variable cost budget, three shift operation that built 3.5 million products annually. At the same time, customer returns were reduced by 700% and satisfaction of the department was 9.8% higher than the plant average according to in-plant surveys.
- Deployed and maintained global business processes, including management project reviews, standard methods to handle internal and customer issues, manufacturing/inspection/testing strategies, MRP, design reviews, and creating a Supplier Quality Management system. Responsible for initiating, launching, and training people in a product commercialization process from quote initiation through successful production launch of products as a senior manager at Visteon, a Fortune 100 company.

- Optimized material flow to assembly areas resulting in reduced purchased parts inventory from $10mil to $9mil while reducing part shortage downtime by 71% as Plant Material Flow Manager. Setup optimal material flow in 700,000 sq.ft. electronics plant, managed inventory and supplier schedules.
- Set annual budget, plant goals, plant improvements, maintenance projects, launched and maintained OSHA compliance (safety), business processes, and manpower plans in place as Director of Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems focusing on manufacturing business from Lehigh University.
